In the context of intensified market competition, the implementation of the "comprehensive two-child" policy and competitive education, many professional women have given up their jobs and returned to their families to become "full-time wives".They have given up independent sources of income, and have given up being linked to work. The protection provided by the social security of China puts his own destiny in the hands of her husband to a large extent. This makes his specific survival and living conditions directly related to his family status. When he is in a more equal and harmonious relationship between husband and wife,he may get a more stable life, and when he and her husband's status are not equal,It may cause damage to their own rights and affect normal life. This article uses the "family power structure perspective" to analyze the family power relationship between the "full-time wife" and her husband. The study found that in terms of the management and control of family property, major family affairs decisions, personal autonomy, and control over other family members,full-time wives have less power than their husbands and are therefore at a disadvantage in the family power structure This inferior position may cause damage to their property rights, the right to divorce freedom, the right to employment, the right to personal freedom, and the right to personal safety, which may cause them to face emotional depression, lack of value, and insecurity life troubles.Subsequently, based on the resource theory, the author analyzed the causes of the disadvantaged position of "full-time wives" in the family power structure: due to their disadvantaged position in the job market, women have lower ability to obtain economic resources than men,and they have been prevalent. The marriage model of "higher males and lower females" solidified the unequal resource possession of the two sexes at the social level into the unequal resource possession of husbands and wives in the family. When the husband has more personal resources than the wife in the family,he is more likely to have more family power. When one party needs to return to the family, the husband has a greater probability of exerting influence on the wife, causing him to give up work and return to the family..When the wife returns to the family and becomes a "full-time wife",she loses a considerable part of her original series of resources, including economic resources and social capital, etc.,because she has no jobs.Compared with the resources possessed, they will be more inferior, which may lead to a further reduction in the family power they have, and thus fall into a more disadvantaged position in the family power structure. Finally,in order to solve this problem and strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of "full-time wives",this study draws on the useful practices of Western countries and puts forward relevant policy recommendations from the three levels of the country and government, society and individuals.
