Role And Power: A Study On The Formation Process Of Power Relations Between Couples In Full-time Female Familie

The family is a basic unit in society,and in the Chinese family,the harmony of the relationship between husband and wife is an important factor affecting family harmony.In the process of husband and wife interaction,gender roles correspond to the distribution of power between the two parties in the family,and the power interaction between the two sexes forms a power relationship that affects the harmony of the husband and wife relationship in the family.When roles change,how the distribution of power and power interaction between husband and wife will change is the focus of this article.Therefore,this paper takes full-time women after returning to the family as the research object,analyzes the interaction between women and men in power relations after returning to the family,and how the two parties form power interaction under the premise of ensuring the harmonious relationship between husband and wife.This paper takes the families of full-time women as the research object,adopts semi-structural methods,conducts in-depth interviews with 7 groups of full-time female families in the urban area of Y City,Henan Province,focuses on the economic income,education level and family division of labor of full-time female families,describes the living environment of full-time women’s families,and then summarizes the power relationship between husband and wife in the family,in the process of research,focuses on analyzing the role played by roles in the formation process of husband and wife power relations,mainly from the two aspects of power strategy and power technology.In the analysis of power strategy,it is found that when women change from working women to full-time women,the change of women’s roles causes changes in power relations with husbands in the family,and this change is summarized into three forms of change,that is,the evolution to husband-led power relations;Evolution to relationships and to wife-led relationships.The results show that although full-time female families have undergone some changes in family division of labor and role play,they still have a strong idea of traditional family community,and the traditional division of labor mode dominates the power interaction between husband and wife.In the analysis of power technology,the role played by the role played by the role in the operation of power is analyzed by establishing the type of category,defining the place and questioning the other party,and the relationship between role and power is further explored.Finally,through the analysis of the power process of husband and wife,it is found that the role norms pointed to by the emotionally heavy family-based thinking bridge the reality of women’s power inequality in the process of female role change,and then maintain the stable husband and wife power relationship after role change.
