Nowadays, the International competition is becoming increasingly fierce. The education ofhigh-level talents become the theme of countries. As the main base of the competition, the highereducation schools in our country became the main position without smoking. The quality ofhigher education become the key to victory in the talents competition. Moral education inUniversities as one of the important parts of higher education, have to base on the actual. And thestrategy have to begin with the student’s own development, base on the needs of economic andsocial development and the development of the schools. It have to rich the diversity of thecontents of moral education, reflect the solid of moral way,strengthen the practice of moraleducation process,enhance the effectiveness of moral education strategy. Because this strategydirectly related to the quality of students,and the development of universities,especially decidethe advantages of countries in international competition.This paper adopts literature analysis, correlation method and theory with practice method.Firstly, referenced the results of the moral education research at home and abroad, compared tothe United States, Japan and the moral education present situation in our country, revealed theproblems of our country; Secondly, analysed the relationship between the moral education inuniversities and the objective needs, which includes the harmonious development of students’,social needs and the development of the school; Finally, referenced the successful experiences offoreign countries, expounded the demand orientation future of China’s moral education in college,to improve the university moral education strategy from improving students’Self educationconsciousness, keeping the level and diversification of moral education, innovating content andmethod,attenting the moral education role of outside environment of school. This strategy notonly ensures the students’ subjectivity, but also keeps advancing with the Times, it shows us animportant role of the school and outside environment in the moral education. It lays a solidfoundation for China’s socialist modernization construction and provides strength security for thedevelopment of the school.
