With the basic education curriculum reform, many new teaching modes and Philosophy of Educationappear. In this process, the students as the main body is concerned by many practitioners and researchers, however, in the "new class", the students resources have not been reasonable developed and utilized.In order to adapt to the new curriculum reform, teacher professional development needs of claims and breakthrough The unreasonable problem in developping students resources, this study focuses on the analysis of present situation of development and utilization of resources in mathematics teaching in the middle school students, combined with questionnaire survey and case study, the results found that there are three main problems:the consciousness of development is weak, lack of content, the development method is not scientific. Group and individual development consciousness are weak; teachers lack of recessive student resources development; method of corresponding theoretical guidance and diverse methods lack of development.Students are exploited as a kind of excellent resources, self-organization, constructivism, cognitive psychology and humanism give the theoretical support from different aspects.To develop and utilize the student resources need to follow certain principles:the principle of education, the principle of fairness and the principle of difference. The aim of student resources development and utilization is to promote students’ positive healthy development. It has the education significance to students; each student is educational flowers, countries gave them the power of education, so that every student should be the plentiful resources; development of student resource is a complex process, embodies the different content, different time and different space and so onThe study concludes with the junior middle school mathematics curriculum resources in middle school student resources development and utilization of the overall strategy:not only the need for external support conditions, but also requires teachers to play to their initiative and creativity. The school should strive to create a conducive to the development of the teachers and students resources time, space and psychological freedom of the environment, to provide professional development opportunities for them, help teachers play the main body value. The teacher should individual and group two perspective development of student resource, implementation from two aspects of static and dynamic, understanding students’ growth experience, analysis of emotional changes, students learning level and style guide students the meaning construction, reasonable use of a student’s question, a keen insight into the student’s. Finally, teachers need for the development and utilization of resources of students were collected and reflection.
