It has been more than ten years since the new round of curriculum reform was carried forward.This curriculum reform has greatly changed on the education ideology of teachers,students,education administrators and the public.it is reflected in the teaching ideas which is changed into “all for students,for students’ all”. Which indicates that the quality-oriented education has got a fruitful result and produced widespread influence.This study aims to survey the development of curriculum resources in a school with a good reputation on curriculum reform in Lhasa City,adopting some research methods,such as,classroom observation,questionnaire survey and interview,trying to make the famous primary school in Lhasa return to the practical practices under the new curriculum reform,developing and expanding their successful experience and pointing out their existing problems explicitly. Their successful experience include their project team which enjoys rich teaching experience, the lesson preparation made by their teachers on the basis of collective preparation and the carrying forward of the National Test “learning before teaching”; and their existing problem include the problems on the development of curriculum resources and management.As for their existing problems, there would be several solutions as following: first, to develop the library resources and improve the ability of teachers on curriculum development; second, to develop the English curriculum resources and work out the collective lesson teaching plan; third, to develop the Tibetan language curriculum resources and make the Tibetan language teachers qualified;fourth, to focus on the school-based curriculum resources and try to open classes with the school characteristics; fifth, to relieve the pressure of teachers and students’; sixth,school curriculum resource development should be taken to CIPP long-term evaluation model;and seventh,to develop the curriculum resources conscientiously without being interruptted by the changing of school leaders.
