| Application is the objective of resource construction. Therefore, digitizedlearning resources of community education can achieve their values just when usedby residents. On the other hand, the utilization level of digitized learning resources ofcommunity education which have been put into a lot of funds and equipments is stillconcerned.The research is carried out within the context of information technologydevelopment in the field of community education, taking problems in the applicationprocess of community education digitized learning resources as the research object.The purpose is to find existing problems through the analysis, to deduce the keyelements from the view of users and subsequently put forward the effectivestrategies for the application of community education digitized learning resources.The thesis concludes five parts as followings.The first part is an introduction part. It mainly focuses on the background,purpose and significance of the research. It summarizes and comments relevantresearches in the domestic and overseas and puts forward the whole idea of thisthesis.The second part is about the theoretical basis of the application of communityeducation digitized learning resources. On the basis of the literature, the thesis teasesout the relevant concepts and the theoretical basis of community education digitizedlearning resources and provides them for subsequent investigation.The third part is the investigation of the current application status of communityeducation digitized learning resources. It mainly analyzes the background of theresearched areas, elaborates research methods and the research process and revealsthe research results.The fourth part is the analysis of the existing problems and the causes of thecurrent application status of community education digitized learning resources. Firstof all, the analysis of investigation results finds that there are many problems existingin the application process: the limitation of the application object, the mismatch between the needs of residents and the resource construction, lack of thepropaganda of the resource promotion and the contradiction between applicationsupporting services and residents’ wills of digitized learning. Subsequently, manyrelevant experts and residents of the researched areas are interviewed to get moredetailed information. Finally, combined with other research materials, the thesisexplores the cause of the problems in-depth.The fifth part is about strategies for effective application of communityeducation digitized learning resources. Through the detailed analysis of the causes ofthe existing problems in the application process, the thesis gradually deduces somekey factors of effective application of community education digitized learningresources from the views of users, which includes internal factors (consciousness andattitude, information literacy, learning styles) and external factors (resourceconstruction, application promotion, supporting services). Subsequently, the thesisputs forward corresponding countermeasures of effective application of communityeducation digitized learning resources. |
