Research On Problems And Countermeasures For Integra Tion Of Community Educational Resources

In the 21 st century today,mankind is faced with the challenge of knowledg e explosion and the knowledge update faster and faster,these are making great stress as well,Lifelong learning has become a useful way to adapt time deman d and self-development,in this background,the whole society is playing more and more attention to the development of the social undertakings such as harm onious community,creating learning society,building life-long education syste m.how to effectual use resource and realize its maximal benefit and realize k inds of educational resource's building and sharing together turns into a hot spot issue in society.My paper try to use questionnaire survey and interview means to research resource conformity of community education about C section LiuZhou city in order to discover being problems and find resolving approach.According as subject,this paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter one,introduction.I present the background and reasons anticipatio n of meaning in my research,define correlative conception in this paper.Chapter two,Theoretical Analysis of the Integration of Community Educati on Resources.Analyze the theoretical basis on the study of problems,and ta ke the theory of learning society,people-centered,systems science,and educ ational ecology as the theoretical basis of this article.In this study,the learning society theory means that we should provide equitable access to educ ation for social security learners and adequate education resources for build ing the concept of lifelong learning.People-oriented theory guide the paper t o take people as the subject,purpose and evaluation standards of community e ducation resource integration,further clarifies that the integrated developm ent of people is the ultimate goal of the integration of community education resources.System science theory provides a new way of thinking,which means it's important to pay attention to the coordination and control between the wh ole and the part in the process of resource integration.Education ecology th eory makes the author try to simplify the process of resource integration int o three functional groups to coordinate the movement by imitating the natural ecosystem.Chapter three,Analysis on the current situation of community education re source integration.Firstly,the paper introduces the basic information of th e respondents,including the structure and weight function of gender,age,occ upation,education and so on.Then,the survey results are analyzed,and the basic situation of education resource integration in district of C is present ed from the aspects of human resources,environmental resources,economic reso urces and curriculum resources.Chapter four,problem of resource conformity and reason analyse.This paper analyses from the aspects of residents' cognition,human resources,environm ent and resources financial resources and curriculum resources integration,s ummarize and concluded some problems of sharing measures and the platform suc h as low awareness of community education resource about existing residents,low talent utilization efficiency and flow mechanism and the lack of faciliti es equipment,and analyze the source of these problems scientifically.Chapter five,countermeasure and suggestion.Firstly,this paper expounds the principle that should be followed in the integration of community educati on resources,namely the principle of overall effect,the principle adjust me asures to local conditions and the principle of feedback adjustment,then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the above principle to further optimize the community education resource integration: strengthen the propaganda,optimize the talent team,build sharing platform a nd enrich curriculum resources,etc.
