As a resource teacher in support security personnel with the class,specialization construction is of great importance as special education enters into the stage of intension development in our country.The professional development of resource teachers is related to whether they can give full play to the function of resource classrooms,whether they can provide better support services for students attending classes,and whether they can directly affect the education quality of students attending classes.According to the "14th Five-Year Plan" Action Plan for the Development and Improvement of Special Education,it is pointed out that "By 2025,a high-quality special education system will be initially established and the construction of teachers will be further strengthened.Further improvement of professional level ".Therefore,paying attention to the professional development of resource teachers is not only an objective requirement of teacher development,but also an important measure to support the practice of attending classes.In this study,literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview are used to study the professional development of resource teachers.After sorting out the literature and related materials of resource classrooms and resource teachers,and clarifying the connotation of resource teacher professional development,through the questionnaire survey of 173 resource teachers in R city,Sichuan Province,and interviews with 5 resource teachers and 3 itinerant instructors of special education resource centers,it is found that R city responds to the policy requirements.Gradually establish resource classrooms and basically equip resource teachers;The professional background of resource teachers is more diverse,and the proportion of part-time jobs is higher.There are differences in the responsibilities of resource teachers,resource teachers generally undertake more work;The development of all dimensions of professional quality is unbalanced,and professional attitude scores the highest;The teaching duration of resource teachers is the most important factor affecting the professional quality of resource teachers.Full-time,professional title,participation in special education training and teaching and research activities have an important impact on the professional quality of resource teachers.The proportion of resource teachers’ workload affects their professional knowledge.The professional development of resource teachers in R City has formed a regional professional development model with post-service training,teaching and research activities and itinerant guidance as the main paths under the leadership of the district(city)county special education resource center.The research found that the professional development of resource teachers in R City currently has some problems,such as lack of flexible transfer of cross-regional resource teachers,shortage of talents with special education and related professional backgrounds,lack of time and effort for professional development,relative lack of professional ability,and insufficient effectiveness of training.The main reasons lie in the imperfect system of personnel recruitment and treatment guarantee.Lack of pertinence in pre-service training;Insufficient guidance and training capacity of resource center;The responsibility division of resource teachers is not reasonable;Resource teachers lack their own professional development awareness and ability.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the professional development of resource teachers in R City,this paper proposes that the government departments should improve the treatment guarantee of resource teachers by reforming the personnel employment and management system,build a solid top-level design,and implement the guarantee system.Through improving the understanding of the work of resource teachers,higher normal universities attach importance to the training of resource teachers,optimize the training program,and cultivate resource teachers with "compound" ability.Special education resource centers should strengthen their own construction,improve the level of itinerant guidance,strengthen the training and teaching research of resource teachers,and promote the systematic training of resource teachers after service;Schools should build an integrated school atmosphere,support the work of resource teachers,reasonably delimit the work scope of resource teachers,and promote full-time employment.Resource teachers should establish the growth consciousness of lifelong learning,actively seek learning resources,and develop professional ability through practice and reflection.
