In today’s society, network management is especially important. Especially ininstitutions of higher learning, the class as a kind of education organization at thegrass-roots level,the success of its management to a certain extent determines thequality of school. With the continuous expansion of college enrollment, In thetraditional sense of the class space is replaced by the flow of the classroom, thestudents in their spare time, lack of learning or relatively fixed exchange places. So,the network has become one of the channels of their life and study.What is“Easy class”management?“Easy class”was born in August2007,The Jiao Wei, municipal party committee of Shanghai education commission dependson the city education system independently developed cultural developmentresearch center of the commonweal network culture construction project“E–CLASS”(hereinafter referred to as the“Easy class”),Chinese called“Shanghaicollege students online”.“Easy class”and the traditional class, are the same age,the development level of a group of students according to the arrangement of theschool and to guide, to network class as the carrier, joint together to finish the samegoal, the whole process must accept certain rules and regulations, in order to restraintheir behavior the basic unit of the education teaching.“Easy class” management research is of great significance, not only conduciveto the implementation of the scientific development concept, is advantageous to thescientific of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, is moreadvantageous to the comprehensive development of college students.In this paper, on the basis of Marx’s theory of self-actualization, subjectificationeducation theory, contingency management theory and group dynamics theory,using the method of literature, investigation, case, etc.,from two aspects of theoryand practice. The research process to follow questions, analyze problems,problem-solving logic rules, the full text summary.This paper is divided into four most: The first part of introduction, the paperexpounds the background of the “Easy class”management in colleges and universities, the related concepts, research significance and research methods. Thesecond part of literature review, the paper expounds college class management andthe development of college students’ ideological and political education, on the basisof this review related literature.The third part is the “Easy class”management in colleges and universitiespresent situation analysis, selection of some universities in Shanghai as the researchobject, from the “Easy class” organization setting, target management, systemconstruction, activity management, democratic management, cadre training and therelationship between teachers and students and so on were investigated. The fourthpart is the “Easy class”management in colleges and universities improve basis andmeasures, on the basis of “90after” the characteristics of college students, theprinciple of “Easy class” management specific management measures are putforward. Through the above four parts of the layout, facts, reasoning, and strive tohave certain persuasive paper.
