In a real classroom teaching, teaching effect of teacher and learning effect ofstudents may be affected by many factors, two of which are critical. They arestudents motivation to learn and teachers teaching strategies. This research will takethe teaching strategies of stimulating students motivation as research core, andregard classroom teaching as a carrier, and take the beginning teachers as the mainobject of research, in order to explore the problems of teachers of stimulatingstudents learning strategies, and to make recommendations for optimization.The main idea of this study is, forming a framework of affecting the motivationfactors by induction and drawing on the core elements that a number of importantmotivation theory focuses on. The research will design designing a operableObservation Scale of teachers teaching strategies and a questionnaire about teachersunderstanding of learning motivation, by combining with the actual practice ofclassroom teaching. And then through classroom observation studies and surveyswhich can be quantified, the research will show problems that teachers usestrategies to stimulate learning motivation and the knowing to stimulating learningmotivation strategies and teachers understanding of learning motivation. Finally, theresearch will put forward reasonable proposals on relevant issues.The papers can be divided into six parts. The first part is introduction. This partintroduces the basis of the research, the purpose and significance of the research,the definition of core concepts, and literature review of research, and specificmethods of research. The second part is the first chapter. By analyzing the sevenmotivation theory based on cognitive theories, expected value theory, theory ofachievement motivation, success or failure of attribution theory, the theory ofself-concept, self-determination theory, this chapter will the theory of self-efficacyand achievement goals theory, identify the core elements of each theory concerned,and give a review and summary, and then build a framework of factors that affectthe motivation by combing with impactions on students learning motivation inspecific teaching practice. The third part is the second chapter, the contents of this part firstly analyses teachers classroom teaching strategies that affects everymotivation factors, and then categorize and mix different strategies, to form aspecific operation strategies table to stimulate learning motivation, and finally usethe table to observe the beginning teacher classroom teaching and obtainquantitative classroom observations. The fourth part is the third chapter, this part ofis the questionnaire which can be divided into two parts. The first part is about thereal understanding of beginning teachers understanding of teaching strategies tostimulate learning motivation, that is the status quo. The second part is to know thesituation of beginning teacher to master the theory of motivation and participation ineducation and training. The fifth part is the fourth chapter. Through the analysis ofclassroom observations and the results of the survey, this research will show someproblems on beginning teachers motivation self-awareness and the use of teachingstrategies, also expose teacher’s problems participating in education training existsnumber. To solve these problems, we put forward some improvement suggestions forteachers themselves and education training. The sixth part is the fifth chaper. Themain contents have two parts. The one is to make a summary for the whole researchand illustrate the main achievements of the research. The other is putting forwardthe outlook of further research on the basis of the summary, and pointing out that inthe further research we will take "How to really effective solve the problems onstimulating learning motivation strategy and how to really improve classroomteaching ability of beginning teachers?" as the main focus of discussion and research,and hoping to solve the problem in practice.
