Along with the constant development of our country’social market economy, the society need more diversity and comprehensive talents. In order to provide more suitable person to the society, how to improve the teaching efficient and quality, under the condition of more students, unbalance foundmental、less times、different expections, this has became a problem. In order to sovle the problem, Stratified-Collaborative teaching model was proposed, dividing the students into different groups according to the practical condition,set different goals and exercises to different groups, through communication and collaborative study between the group and in the group, optimize the evaluation standard and method, let every student achieve in recogniton、emotion、techniques.This paper chose Beijing sport university enducation college grade2012class7and3as experimental class and compared class. Applicat the Stratified-Collaborative teaching model into the throwing technical teaching for32study hours. Analyze the teaching experimental result with document method、expert conversation method、teaching experimental method、questionare method、stactical method、logical method, get some conclusions(1)compare to the traditional teaching model, the principle teach the students in according to theirs aptitude is better to be carried out under the Stratified-Collaborative teaching model, students can have more communication and collaborative study during the study procession,more effective improve their techniques、result、theorial level.(2)Under the Stratified-Collaborative teaching model, can more effective correct the wrong technical movement, arrange the exercises according to the practical condition of the students, make every students get some progressment.(3)The Stratified-Collaborative teaching model can improve the students’comprehensive qualities、teaching abilities、competitive and cooperative conscious. It is better to cultivate the students’characters and team spirit.(4)Applicate the Stratified-Collaborative teaching model in the teaching process, can improve the students’study interesting, the relation between the students and teachers, establish favorable learning atomosphere.
