The new curriculum reform advocates paying attention to the overall development of all students,and in teaching,it is necessary to pay attention to the development of students' mathematical abilities such as analyzing and solving problems.In the traditional class teaching,the teacher imparts knowledge to the students in a fixed classroom,and the students study together,which can improve the teaching efficiency to some extent.But there also exist some disadvantages,all of the students face the same teaching material,teaching method,the same to accept the baptism of the same knowledge,this kind of teaching does not pay attention to the differences between the students,it is easy to lead to good students do not have enough to eat in the same class,poor students do not eat,is not conducive to the development of students' necessary mathematical ability.In order to remedy the disadvantages of the traditional class teaching,the teaching system of stratified walking class came into being.On the premise of respecting the development of students' differences,the multi-level class walking teaching enables students to acquire the corresponding knowledge at the appropriate level,and achieve the best development.D middle school is a public middle school,students are enrolled in the school district nearby,and the learning level of the students varies greatly.In the past two years,private T school has been established.The teachers it has absorbed have attracted many excellent students to study,and the source of students in D middle school is not as good as before.D middle school hopes that through the teaching reform,it can not only have a positive impact on students' learning,but also improve the source of students.The school decided to implement a small range of hierarchical class teaching experiment,select 2 two administrative class in math and English AB layered go class teaching experiments to explore the discipline,AB layered go class teaching mode to the effectiveness of the implementation,accumulate experience,and found the problem,then decision whether subsequent promotion layered go class teaching in the school.D middle school as the experimental study,this study adopts literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,interview method and case study method,the D of AB layered go class teaching in middle school subject selection,organization and implementation of the specific circumstances related to introduction,the second for layered walk after work carried out a statistical analysis on the students' mathematics test scores,then carries on the questionnaire survey to the students,and interviews with teachers and students and some parents case study,in order to verify the validity of the AB layered go class teaching mode.It is found that through the application of AB hierarchical teaching mode,the overall mathematics learning performance of the students in the two experimental classes has been significantly improved,the mathematics learning confidence has been enhanced,the mathematics learning interest has been improved,the teaching has been more targeted,and the teachers' educational and scientific research ability has also been improved.However,there are some problems: some students and their parents are worried,the selection conditions are one-sided,the poor class students have low self-esteem,the poor class classroom discipline is difficult to manage,the gap between class A and class B students is increasing,the teacher's work pressure is increasing.This paper puts forward some Suggestions on the problems existing in AB class teaching in D middle school :(1)strengthen the propaganda to dispel the worries of students and parents;(2)pay attention to the scientificity of stratification;(3)deepen the communication between teachers and students,and guide students' psychology;(4)to strengthen the classroom teaching management of B students;(5)set up a division system of group operation;(6)organize teachers to participate in training and learning;(7)implement teaching and research group lesson preparation.
