Mathematical operation ability, one of the basic mathematics ability, is the foundation of mathematics. math is an important content of mathematics teaching, to a great extent, affecting the students'development of mathematical literacy. Mathematical operation ability can also promote the memory ability, understanding ability, reasoning ability and abstract epitome ability and the development of mathematical thinking. Through studing relevant theoretical research, combining with our own teaching practice and exploration, tested on students' mathematical ability, and the test results, We are analyz and summarize the current situation of the elementary mathematics: as the growth of the grade, the expansion of knowledge, student's operation ability has improved, students' differentiation are the obvious various, for example, the interest of operation is not high, the result of the operation is often not correct, not flexible, operation process is not reasonable and concise. Therefore, the subject is in the guide of the humanistic theory, the learning theory, the constructivism theory, the subjectivity pyramid theory, the teaching development theory. using literature method, questionnaire survey method, testing method, observation method, experimental method of research methods, to explore a methed which can improve the teaching effection of operation and the form scientifical training mode of computing power, which lay a solid foundation to make students relaxed and hpapy study and master proper operation abilityThe first chapter is the introduction, introduces the research questions, the purpose and significance of the research methods, research status at home and abroad and the research.The second chapter of the operation, operation ability, and defines the related theories on cultivating students'operational ability at home and abroad were reviewed.The third chapter is the related concept model from two aspects of teachers and students, through access to information, interview, questionnaire and observation to investigate the status of pupils' mathematical ability and training status, and analyzed the existing problems. Then through literature method, questionnaire survey method, combined with their own teaching practice, introduces the method of improving pupils' mathematical ability from two aspects of emotion attitude and skills.The fourth chapter introduces four characteristics of the mode of operation and training specific link mode:preview before class, into the classroom, group communication, students' exhibition, quality Doubts, practice feedback, summary and training mode of training.The fifth chapter is to introduce the mode of operation (i.e. operation training mode and operation training teaching training mode in combination) strategy and implementation.The sixth chapter is the summary and reflection, in this paper. The formation of student-centered, for low, high grade by training mode of operation teaching and operation training combined.In general, Students' emotion and experience, stimulate students' intrinsic motivation, autonomy effectively for preview, the main body of the class, and actively carry out the analysis and collection of self reflection and wrong after a year of practice and improvement, through the comparison of scores, classroom observation, teacher interviews, as well as teacher and student' questionnaire survey found that the students' initiative of learning interest and autonomous learning to enhance the speed and accuracy of calculation. Also improved, the relationship between teachers and students is more harmonious. In order to provide a reference for the training of primary school teachers in teaching and computing ability in the future, and provide the training mode for primary school students' autonomous learning.
