The paper describes a study which focuses on the kindergarteners’ instruction in sharing behavior of young children in different games which is in middle classes. The study concentrates closely on the central idea is the sharing behavior of children in the three games. Observation and literature method are the basic research methods. Selected four kindergartens’middle class teachers as the research object. Try to reveal teachers for young children of middle classes sharing behavior to put forward teachers guiding behavior guidance strategy. The main context of this paper is to investigate current situation of instructor, analysis of instructor-status put forward some targeted solutions.Guide an educational point of view affects behavior. We should to understand the understanding of teachers for child sharing behavior guidance prior to study it. Therefore, before the start of the study by collecting literature, questionnaires and Observe teachers mastering the basic viewpoints of teachers guiding young children sharing behavior. This proposed that teachers need a better understanding of young children to share the development of values and behavior. Strengthen the inputs of the relevant game and do the reflection after game activities.Second, the behavior of teachers guide observed and recorded in the context of the games owing typical cases. The researchers go through observation and interviews to adopt the "sampled event". Analysis the content of Instructor-way and Guide. Concluded:The general verbal instruction is more common than others of Instructor-way. On the basis of the conclusions, we raised awareness of guidance on sharing behavior by deepening teachers and Children sharing behavior guidance to reflect on the content of the teachers of the game activities, to establish teachers guiding children sharing behavior habits, and to improve the guidance of teachers.Finally, this study attempts to propose a different game in early childhood ways to improve the sharing behavior guidance of teachers. Preschool teachers should learn through self-teaching, reflection, the action to improve the professional level of sensitivity and maintain guidance timing, affecting its guidance behavior to be normal development.
