The National College Futsal Match attracts224colleges to compete in. But colleges alone cannot guarantee the expenses for the normal operation of the futsal teams. Even though all colleges can bring in a certain amount of capital by sponsors and selling tickets, that is far from enough for the normal operation of futsal teams. What’s more, the constructions of stadiums of colleges, which can only meet the need of physical education and training for college students, can not meet the need of professional training and competition of futsal. So hiring professional training centers will cost a large sum of money. Lastly, colleges have to hire professional coaches and establish perfect management and logistics system,which is of course difficult for them.These are what keep the futual from developing in colleges.Restricted by various factors, the development of futsal in colleges paced on slowly, futsal teams in some colleges even have to be cancelled. Colleges are also searching for various effective operation measures based on their actual situations. Under these circumstances, Hubei University developed a successful School-enterprise Cooperation Code, which set a good example for the futsal teams in other colleges to get out of the trouble and finally promote the health and sustainable development of futsal teams in colleges.The School-enterprise Cooperation Code in Hubei University not only have gained glorious achievements, but also have a positive effect on the cultivation of football players. For one thing, the financial burden of futsal teams are relived by the sponsors, which raises the enthusiasm of players.
