In today’s society, the competition of the companies is also the talent competitionof these companies. The amount as well as the quality of the talents is directly relatedto the survival of the modern enterprise of victory or defeat in the competition, at thesame time school-enterprise cooperation highlights its important role as an effectiveway to develop human resources. Although many of our businesses and schools havecarried out school-enterprise cooperation projects, making many positive attempts toachieve the success, there is a big gap compared with developed countries in theincreasingly competitive situation. This study works on human resource managementof school in the view of enterprise development, taking the Jinan Railway Bureau andthe Shandong vocational College of school-enterprise cooperation as the specific case.With a combination of methods of survey and field visits, we make an analysis on therole of entrepreneurship development, the countermeasures of the problems, seekingsolutions on how to help the companies and the school to cooperate together in a longrun, trying to find what they want to achieve to realize the win-win cooperation.We get to know the exactly connotation of school-enterprise cooperation andhuman resource development, getting a clear definition of these two words, findingthe theoretical basis of this article. At the same time, we analyze the current status quoof the school-enterprise cooperation in human resources development as well asproblems, putting forward a program of empirical research design according to theanalysis of the field investigation resulting data. Finally we find solutions to currentproblems, and offering the reflection and prospects to improve the school-enterprisecooperation instantly which can propose win-win benefits development.
