Objective:The research took the woman bicyclists in Jilin for preparing of the Tenth National Games in winter training as the subjects. We attempted to find out some rules or problems by exploring the characteristics of their training and its relationship with variation of some physical ability indices during the long term training, and to provide a reference for the development of scientific in bicycle training.Methods:During the long term bicycle training, some physical fitness evaluation indices including Quite Heart Rate, T, Hb, CK, and Immunoglobulin (IgG.IgA.IgM) were tested and analyzed systematically. These indices were also analyzed systematically with the training load.Results:The basic value of Quite Heart Rate, T, Hb, and Immunoglobulin of woman bicyclists were in the range of the ordinary, but vary individually. During the whole winter training,the indices of Quite Heart Rate, T, Hb, CK, and Immunoglobulin (IgG.IgA.IgM) were changed periodically with the training load. Hb and T were downward trends after great trained load. The Quite Heart Rate and CK have the tendency to rise after great trained load. Winter training did not have significance influence on the immunoglobulin.Conclusion:1: Quite Heart Rate,T,Hb,CK,Ig have obvious individual differences. It is more meaningful to analyze and monitor lengthways, and it is not recommended to use only one index as a standard. The number of Quite Heart Rate and CK after training has a notable correlation. 2: The indexes of T, Hb, and CK have markedly changes during winter training. 3: Winter training is characteristic of great training volume. This does not have significance influence on the immunoglobulin. 4. Winter training was failed to combine with the competition. We suggest strengthening the intensity training in winter training before match, to ensure athlete's musculature can bear the extreme intensity of sport. The arrangement of training should be adapted to the rhythm of testosterone excretion. The circle of training should be prolonged.
