In1936, the11th Olympic Games was held in Berlin, Germany. As China’s "Olympic committee",China National Amateur Athletic Federation actively organized delegation to take part in the Olympic Games which is authorized by the governments. After funds raising, athlete selection training, member of the delegation internal and external image of the simple "packaging", the huge Chinese delegation stepped on the Olympic trip,with the task of communicating sports skills and showing China’s new image.However, because the Chinese athlete’s sports level was far inferior to the world level, they didn’t achieve great achievement in the Olympic Games. Besides, as the first time the republic of China organized the sports delegation, during the process of attending the conference and the investigation, much sports development experience which was worthy of learning was brought back, and the words and deeds showed China’s new image.In the face of the field failure result, eager concern the domestic public opinion began to reflect on the significance of China participating in the Olympic Games, the causes of failure of the delegation, as well as the corresponding remedial measures.
