Along with the 《national long-term education reform and development Plan (2010-2020)》 is issued,about the reform of the school system has become a "hot spot" in recent years within the field of educational research,and the study of management mode of primary and middle schools is an important part of hot spot",and it is also a real problem of elementary and middle education management. In this paper,Normal University Affiliated middle School as the object of study, to investigate the management mode from the management of the external surface,and its significance lies in exploring normal university as the third sector to participate in middle school management value brought by the lead the middle school to development,reflecting the significance of third sector organizations involved in middle school,and also provide a reference for the management and development of other middle school.In this paper,Beijing Normal University Affiliated middle School as the scope of the study, First,on the basis of its current situation of the development,based on the theory of public governance and based on reality of Normal University to participate in the middle school,from the management of the external surface put forward three management models of Normal University Affiliated middle School,namely membership management mode,condominium management model and co-management model and its specific interpretation. Secondly,based on Normal University Affiliated middle school’s achievements in the development process,six basic elements selected from the micro-level as the analytical framework,and analysis of the characteristics of the different management models. Finally, in this paper,Yuxin School Affiliated to Capital Normal University and the middle School Affiliated to Beijing Normal University as example,From the management practice to discusses the characteristics of the affiliated middle school of different patterns.This article is based on systematic summary of the previous school management and practical results and combing,and it is an in-depth inquiry for school to more features,more free development from the strategic height,to provide feasible path of the theoretical value and practical significance for the management innovation of middle school.
