The application of information technology to information teaching in disciplinesso as to promote quality education has become a major topic of reform of secondaryeducation.How to make good use of information technology to cultivate thestudents’innovation capability and improve the quality of students is a key problemto be studied, explored and practiced in various disciplines of secondary vocationaleducation. Multimedia Teaching is not only the educational reform anddevelopment needs,but also teaching development.At present,close attention is fixed on the study of theory instead of study ofpractice about Institution-Questions teaching model.Some practice study, such asin situation set,information collection, solution to problem and etc. only stays in theprocess of traditional education which can’t make Institution-Questions teachingmodel so efficient. With the development of information technology, the internetand multimedia software provides Institution-Questions teaching model with newcommunication system,rich information and excellent environment.Institution-Questions teaching model in information age should meet the demand for talentdevelopment and promote students’capability in innovation and practice as well asthe inquiry method changing.In this case, a brand new math teaching model in secondary vocational schoolwith modern information technology is studied and explored in this paper, which arein perfect harmony with the psychical and mental development of the students. Firstof all, the background, significance and content of the subject are introduced.Secondly, the research of concept and theory is analyzed. In addition, the explorationof elements in Institution-Questions teaching is in analysis. In accordance with that, anew teaching process of information technology-based math Institution-Questionsteaching model in secondary vocational schools can be developed, which is with thecharacteristics of student being center, teacher being instructor, problems as acohesive agent,taking student’s voluntary inquiry as the main course and takingco-operated exploration between teachers and students. Furthermore, a series of teaching methods are in exploration, including situation setting, interestingintroduction, question-raising, exploring study, together with the presentation ofcomplex points. This research aims at exploring a new secondary vocational schoolsclass teaching model on math,which is supposed to match student’s physical andpsychological health,and more important to bear the characteristics of our era。Thiskind of new class teaching model may integrate the modem information technologywith the secondary vocational schools math course.
