The Cultural phenomenonof Tattoo is combined fashion with pop, and already become a social artwork, and is also a art phenomenon with the quickly widespread by themedia and modern technology, But behind the Tattoo art have a impacton people’s values especially among young people. Although the Tattoo isalready become a Self-manifestation, and has also become a nonverbalcommunication of flaunt yourself and personality. Out of the curiosityand blind imitation, some teenagers is young and without expression sothat have negative effects on themselves, others people and society. Thisphenomenon is have a substantial percentage of the act of teenagers.So the paper makes a detailed analysis of Tattoo art, and with thepurpose of to foster visual literacy of relevant information theory as thetheoretical basis, and suit a point of Tattoo art and foster visual literacy,and to design and implement of teaching plan, the purpose is to give a correct guidance and heip to teenagers as to tattoo art so that form thecorrect value judgment standard. At the same time, in the field of arteducation, is also help to guide students to identify adverse factors of arteducation, this is a new topic of art education, have certain innovationvalue and practical significance.
