The advent of the information era boosts Interpersonal communication worldwide, it brings us a kind of opening,mixture social environment, every culture gradually blend in this environment, presents the development trend of the integration. Under the development trend of the integration, the nation’s traditional culture is facing a issue of how to accumulate and inherit. One of the important parts of education function is the culture function. The main performances of culture function are the transmission, save the culture and the creation, update, culture. Community education as an important education way has the culture function too. In addition, in order to make a fresh ethnic culture, ethnic culture inheritance activities should be carried out only in living society cultural background. Community education, for it is a way of education which based on life, it lays particular stress on man’s whole life development on education theory aspect and solving the problem of real life on education practice aspect, all these features are different from the regular, formal education. So, it plays an irreplaceable role in the cultural identity, heritage and development.The author embarks from the basic attribute of the community education, thinks the life in a particular region of minorities can be considered as a community, can be called as "minority community".In minority community, the inheritance of traditional culture is one of the important problems of community education which can not be ignored. This study explores the relationship between minority community education and traditional culture and admits the important role the minority community played on minority nationality traditional culture inheritance, educe traditional culture be inherited by spontaneous succession can be recognized as a traditional community education. The community education of this type lack of guidance and consciousness, therefore, this study believes that develop modern community education which suits for traditional culture succession is the best way to make traditional culture from spontaneous succession to self-conscious succession. This study is divided into four chapters:the first chapter mainly presents the selected topic reasons, the related research review, theoretical bases, research purposes, significances and innovation points and introduces the research methods in order to seek the meaning support and the method support of exploration. The second chapters mainly present the relationship between community education and traditional culture, with the purpose of seeking theoretical support. The third chapter believes that the spontaneous succession of traditional culture makes up the traditional minority community education, the spontaneous features are performed in educators and educatee and education influences. The fourth chapter has made preliminary exploration in development of community education; put forward visions and goals, basic strategies for development and the issues in development.
