Butin today’s world economic integration and cultural diversified development pattern,Kazak and Han nationality exchange collision, exchange, infiltration and integrationin the occurrence and development of the Kazakh ethnic cultural changes ", becomingmore Chinese ethnic language " more prominent, essence of Kazakh language andlanguage behind the traditional culture gradually decline. Therefore, in the face ofprecious national full of national memory, non-renewable traditional culture, requiresus not only to inherit ethnic language and culture, but also build a Kazakh andbilingual " language nest ". However, language, culture and education has aninseparable relation, we need acquisition and cultural heritage, and give it new life. The school education is one of the main form of modern education,bilingual education is an important aspect of language education for ethnic minorities,the purpose is to let the students through the preservation of minority languages andcultures and inheriting the national unique traditional culture. At the same time,become the ethnic-Han " bilingual and bicultural people " to achieve a fusion ofhorizons, learn to understand, on the basis of harmony.But the modern school education, is also faced with some inheritance difficultyand " cultural reproduction " problem. The fourth chapter, through the construction of bilingual education in theKazakh traditional culture inheritance system, construction of vertical and horizontalintegration, and combining education efforts, linkage symbiosis mechanism,construction has the vitality of the Trinity history cultural inheritance mechanismformed the ideal road inheritance of Kazak traditional culture in double language ineducation.
