China’s new round of basic education curriculum reform has spread in China, which causes unprecedented impacts and challenges to the higher normal education. The reform brings an important problem to be solved that basic education puts forward higher requirement to teachers’ qualities. After implementation of the new curriculum, the implicit links among different subjects and among different grades become much closer, which requires teachers to be able to grasp the course as a whole, not only to teach one subject to students of one grade but, more importantly, have an overall concept of the whole basic education and help students build a solid and close-linked knowledge system. In the author’s opinion, the teachers of Integration-Continued Model are new type of teachers that can adapt to the basic education. The teachers of Integration-Continued Model not only have solid professional knowledge and coherent education practice skills, but also equip with the overall concept of the basic education. Grasping the educational and teaching activities on a macroscopic view is high quality professional teacher. However, throughout the education status quo of Normal Colleges in China, there still are some disadvantages in training of teachers. The experience on training of teachers from Germany, the United States and other countries can be used as reference to improve the training for teachers of Integration-Continued Model.This paper adopts literature research method and comparative research method to collect a large number of teachers’ training literature both at home and abroad. The paper, drawing on the existing research results on training teachers of Integration-Continued Model and combining with the useful experience on teachers’ training of the United States, Germany——The United States will microteaching was applied to the cultivation of the students, the German4.2.2teacher certification system, etc., normal colleges and universities in China are put forward the countermeasures of cultivating Integration-Continued Model teachers:The United States will microteaching was applied to the cultivation of the students, the German4.2.2teacher certification system, etc. normal colleges and universities in China are put forward the countermeasures of cultivating Integration-Continued Model teachers.
