In today’s society, lifelong education as an educational trend is accepted by more and more countries in the world. Community education is a new form of education system in the new period. Community education will have an important influence on the socialization of education, popularization of educated society and integration of strengthening education socialization. Also, community education is an important carrier to realize lifelong education and learning societyCommunity education in China began to really been carried out from the1980s, which mainly through the experimental area led development model for other regions. Today community education has been impressive, but it is undeniable that community educations in many other areas are still lagging behind. Because of many factors such as the government did not put it in a prominent position, community residents were not make the community education in their vision, and so on, the socialization process of community education developed slowly. Through multiple investigations of national experimental education zone, this study take the interview survey and literature review as the main research methods, community education and socialization of the current status quo as the basis for analyzing community education drawbacks, and then propose the main strategy for the process of community education socialization.The first part, this thesis proposed background, purpose, meaning and major research methods of community education socialization. Through an analysis of the current domestic and international situation, this thesis pointed out the importance of community education socialization, and explains the significance of socialization, also introduced mainly research methods and theoretical innovation during the study process.The second part, explanations of the core concepts of the article. Through literature review on community education, socialization and community education socialization to sort out these concepts and summarized on the basis of previous studies, this article defines core concepts again, and make it as theoretical basis for drafting.The third part, representations of the development of community education in the current status. Through investigations and realization of multiple national experimental community education, the thesis summed up the achievements and problems of the current community education, promoted the realistic foundation for next strategies.The fourth part, the strategy to promote Chinese community education socialization. Through adoption of previous research and literature review, the thesis was based on the understanding of status quo of China community education, proposed strategies of community education which was suitable for China’s social policies.
