Present Situation Research Of Xian Commercial Fitness Club Coach

Objective: fitness is a fitness club the main core function department,called coaching department, is the fitness club is the most important part,the coach will is in the charge of the manager, subordinate to personal trainer, professional league gymnastics coach, part-time regiment gymnastics coach, tour coach four part. At the same time, in recent years,increased two kinds, small group gymnastics coach and rental wherever he goes to do their own training coaches, respectively. The purpose of this paper is mainly about the present situation of Xi’an commercial fitness club fitness coach occupation, analyzing the existing problems and the future development direction.Methods: This paper uses questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, interview method and literature method of Xi’an City,five fitness club fitness trainer team structure, teaching and income situation has carried on the investigation and the analysis, and aims to provide a scientific basis for the construction of Xi’an city commercial fitness club fitness instructors, prompting the fitness industry in Xi’an City, the health and orderly development.Results: Xi’an City fitness coaches through professional training posts of technical staff accounted for more than 80% and coach team in private education accounted for more than 45%, group exercise accounted for 40%, with the background of sports professional practitioners accounted for less than 50%, the coach was not involved in out of training opportunities for staff accounted for 47%.Conclusion:the fitness coaches are mostly technical staff through professional training, the monthly income for different functions have different degrees of freedom, the work is also not the same, the coaches in proportion is the largest private coach, followed by the groupgymnastics coach, the other is professional league gymnastics coaches,coaches, small group tour of gymnastics the coach and the lease place relative lack of professional sports coaches, the number of graduates or have a sports background; fitness professional qualification certification system in chaos, coaches out of training opportunities less(fitness coach professional knowledge is insufficient, the medical supervision, nutrition and health, sports psychology and other aspects of the lack of more; coaches the overall lack of capacity, social skills and the level of foreign language especially)...
