At present, the MBA colleges and universities in our country are unceasinglyincreasing. School forms and school types are also various.In the situation of the MBA education is increasingly competitive, it is an urgent issue to betackled with the problem as to how to integrate resources effectively, take advantage of ownspecial advantages in order to develop MBA education to adapt to the requirements ofenterprises and seek broad space for the development of the MBA education. This paperfocuses on the characteristics of MBA education running in economics and management withMBA School of XB A&F University as an example. At the same time, the paper will combinethe current situation and future trends of MBA education in domestic and foreign universitiesto study and explore the MBA education management model.This paper discussed from five parts: the first part of the thesis research background,research purpose and research significance are introduced, highlighting the possible value; thesecond part based on the literature review, the theoretical basis of MBA education aresummarized and discussed, to provide a theoretical basis for the following part; the third partlook at the MBA international education environment, combined with the specificimplementation of the universities of our country, carry on comparative analysis to the MBAeducation project management mode adopted at present; the fourth part is on the basis of thethird part, through the use of SWOT analysis, summed up the success of the domesticagricultural and forestry universities MBA education project; the fifth part combines the modeof education management of MBA XB science and Technology University of agriculture andits own characteristics, to explore how to dig in and improve their own advantages and deep innovation ability at the same time, highlight the characteristics, big and strong, developforestry characteristics and international thinking talents. The sixth part is based on analysisof the management mode of the MBA education, closely combining the fact of MBAeducation in agriculture and forestry colleges, put forward a practical and workablesuggestions and comments.In this paper, has carried on the beneficial exploration of MBA education in XBUniversity of agricultural science and technology, the development of art majors which willfurther improve and strengthen the school, especially the reform and innovation of the schoolof graduate education, balanced development of the school to lay a more solid foundation.
