The Research About The Participation Management Model In Our Country's University

With the process of the higher education become popular, reform and improve the management become an important task in many university of the world. We are in the period from the planned economy to market economy, so there are many management notions and systems in university in planned economy need to reform. Today, these problems become visible in the market economy system.There are some effects on the reform which is about the management notions and systems in our country's university. Our country's university management becomes more and more democracy, service, scientific and exoteric. Based on the higher education's reform trend in the world, I put forward the suggestion that the participation management model of our country's university to solve the problems in our country's university. I want to reform and consummate the most part of our country's university management, and improve the manage efficiency in our country's university.There are three parts in this research:In the first part, I first analyze the intention and apartments of the management model in school, based on this, I put forward the intention and apartments of the management model in university, and then I introduce the intention and apartments of the participation management model in brief, for the elaboration of the part of"the build of the participation management model".In the second part, I first analyze the necessary of implement the participation management model in our country's university, and then I analyzed the standard of the university student and the problem in the management in our country's university in today, then, I prove the necessity and urgency that the participation management model be implemented in our country's university.In the third part, this is the central part in this research. I give the answer to how to build the participation management model in our country's university. The primary content includes: establish the advanced notion of the management in university, plan the management activity reasonable in our country's university, reform and improve the management system in our country's university, and construct the mechanism comprehensively in our country's university.
