With the development of higher education from elite to popular style, private college hasbecome an important part of higher education. Academic works have become one of theimportant healthy, orderly works of private colleges. So how to establish a set of scientific,reasonable research assessment system, and maneuver the researchers’ enthusiasm of privatecolleges is the need to be addressed important work of present private colleges.Therefore, the research carried out on the academic assessment and incentivemeasurements of private colleges through the investigation and analysis of present situation ofprivate colleges’ academic works，combine the specific work of academic assessment andincentive measurements with GK College. The research based on hierarchical structure designidea. It designs and analyzes against the five aspects from private colleges researchers’ qualityof the ability, working environment, the process of work, performance of the work, the effectsabout serving the local economic, etc. It summarizes and refines ten secondary factors andforty core factors by using Delphi method. It also conducts weight designing andeffectiveness proving to private college’s assessment index system by using AHP approach. Itanalyzes the concrete assessment and incentive measurements of private colleges by GK’sassessment and incentive measurements.The research finds that the model can comprehensively and accurately reflect everymonitoring point of academic assessment and incentive measurements after achieving andoperating software of the system model. The model can help private colleges to carry outeffective academic assessment and incentive works and realize the aim of maneuvering theresearchers’ enthusiasm of private colleges.
