Research On Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Kindergarten Using Community Educational Resources

Kindergarten uses community educational resources, it can get all of the human resources, financial resources, physical resources and cultural resources that have educational significance make good use of their educational and teaching function. It can enrich the content and forms of kindergarten’ educational and teaching activities.This article takes M kindergarten as the case study, it mainly uses interviewing method, experience summary method, observation method and literature method to study the topic. First of all, I collect, read and collate the relevant literatures. Then, I entered a kindergarten to interview the leader of the kindergarten and the teachers, observed the kindergarten’s environment or activities, learnt about the present situation of the M kindergarten that uses community educational resources. Finally, I will sum up the successful experiences and main problems that M kindergarten have in uses community educational resources according to the facts.Then I will analyze the reasons for the problems and come up with several suggestions based on the reasons to promote the efficiency that the kindergarten uses community educational resources.
