The teaching and research community of infant school is a large training model which is--takes each kind of kindergarten as the research union and the individual responsibility slice area as the basic Training Unit.The district's teaching and research community conducts research on the establishment of the development degree of kindergartens in the region and the problems in teachers' teaching practice by means of stratified teaching and research and topic research.It uses various teaching and research activities to show exchanges and exchanges between kindergartens in the area of responsibility.Activities and other forms of education to carry out teaching and research activities in the community.The area teaching and research covering kindergartens in the entire region will help the sharing and full use of advantageous resources in the region,give play to the role of high-quality kindergartens to promote the common development of kindergartens in the region,and promote the improvement of preschool education in the area.G Province responded to the “Opinions of the Ministry of Education National Development and Reform Commission of the Ministry of Education on Implementing the Second Three-Year Action Plan for Preschool Education” and conducted pilot work in the teaching and research guidance responsibility areas in four districts and counties in G Province,of which the Y District was the first batch of pilot projects.one.The Y District has achieved certain results in the course of practice,and provided a certain basis for the province to fully roll out the teaching and research guidance responsibility area,but it is still at an exploratory stage and there are still many problems.In this study,semi-structured interviews and observations were used to understand the construction status of the teaching and research guidance responsibility area in the Y area with the leader of the Y area,the person in charge of the twelve responsible areas,and the 24 first-line teachers randomly selected as interviewees.It is found that there is a problem of the lack of core concepts,the heavy task of Longyuan,the neglect of participants in the process of teaching and research activities and the lack of supporting systems in the construction of the Y-Zone Education and Research Community.Through formal and informal interviews with the research subjects,the factors that led to the emergence of these problems include the absence of cultural construction in the Y area community,the lack of backbone team building,the lack of attention to teachers,and the excessive intervention of the higher authorities in the lower levels..In view of the problems existing in the construction of the teaching and research community in this area,combined with its influencing factors,this study puts forward the following suggestions for the construction of the teaching and research community in the Y area: First,to build a common vision of the teaching and research community in the area and determine the core concepts;second is to improve the preschool education area.The organization structure of the teaching and research community;the third is the development of joint teaching and research activities in the area to be closely linked to the participants;and the fourth is to establish the institutional protection system in the area of teaching and research.
