In2001, our country started the basic education curriculum reform in New Century. In2010July, China’s State Council issued the " national long-term education reform and development plan (2010-2020)". It clearly put forward the advance with the times to promote the curriculum reform task. In December28,2011, China’s Ministry of Education issued compulsory education,for example,chinese, mathematics19curriculum standards (2011Edition), and in2012started in autumn.What is the difference between the2001" compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard (experimental draft)" and the2011" compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard (2011Edition)"?The new curriculum standard gives the basic idea. What is it? What is its impact on the primary and secondary school teachers in China? As a teacher and how to grasp these ideas better?For this, in this paper, it used the method of literature research, questionnaire survey and interview method.For the content of compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard,this paper systematically studies and analyzes the following seven aspects:the overall framework, basic ideas, the core concepts, curriculum objectives, content field, implementation of the recommendations, example analysis in junior middle school as an example.There is a investigation and study on the teachers of new curriculum standard cognitive status on the above basis.Through the comparative study,the following conclusions can be drawn from.After ten years of exploration and practice,the new curriculum standard compared with the old version,it have revised inappropriate language,to makes the expression more precise and mature, added new demands and new ideas to make content more rich and perfect, added new suggestions and examples, which is more specific and detailed implementation. Overall, the new edition is to discard the old version, with the development of the times demand.
