"Teaching activity suggestion", an important part of standard history curriculum in compulsory education period, is one highlight in the reform of history curriculum. Some constructive and instructive teaching activities are put forward in "teaching activity suggestion", a column set in "standard of content", the third part of Standard of History Curriculum at Compulsory Education Stage (Experiment Draft) in 2001, for reference and using in teaching process, to fulfill goal of curriculum and to carry out the concrete content, so as to transfer the way of teaching and way of learning. Revision work of Standard of History Curriculum at Compulsory Education Stage (Experiment Draft) started in 2010 and produced Standard of History Curriculum at Compulsory Education Stage (2011 Version), in which "standard of content" is changed into "content of curriculum, and "teaching activity suggestion" is set up as a column. In accordance with the principle of basic and timing in history teaching at compulsory education stage, we conducted cut and increase to the specific curriculum content of six plates in the process of curriculum standard revision, and their counterpart in "teaching activity suggestion" were revised to a great extent, either. The revised "teaching activities suggestion" more can reflect the goal of history curriculum reform, and is more conducive to changing the way of teachers’ teaching and students’ learning. "The ultimate goal of setting teaching activities suggestion is the implementation of teaching activities, but some problems present in the implementation of teaching activities suggestion ", which are the starting point of this thesis.The first chapter of this thesis, starting from problems presented in process of implementation of "teaching activities suggestion", gives a simple discussion on the development of "teaching activities suggestion". The second chapter is analysis on theoretical basis of "teaching activities suggestion" mainly from the perspective of modern curriculum theory and activity theory, to discuss essential connotation of "teaching activities suggestion". The third chapter is to carry on classification of content of "teaching activities suggestion", to analyze the purpose of design of the different types of teaching activities, at the same time, major changes of content of "teaching activities suggestion" before and after the revision is showed in the form of a table, to explore the main characteristic of contend of revised "teaching activities suggestion". The fourth chapter, directing mainly to the specific implementation of "teaching suggestion", regarding the design and implementation of teaching activities as footholds of this thesis, gives a detailed discussion on specific steps of the implementation of teaching activity design, and offers cases, in order to provide reference for the implementation of "teaching activities suggestion".
