In recent years, the Primary and Secondary School Extracurricular Counselling Organizationflourishing gradually with people’s deepening understanding of the importance of education. And it playsan more and more important role in the society.Their teachers has also been a great deal of attention fromthe community. Some of them are full-time teachers, some part-time teachers, who as good teachers byparents and students. But, teachers’ problem is very prominent. For example, the foreign teachers’ source isunknown, who teaching bad and cause serious consequences; Counseling Organizations’ teachers many arecollege students, who replaced by another name—good teachers when they woke. However, as is known toall, the teachers’ quality, teaching quality, morality and career identity will have a great effect on students.So this market dose threat to students’ learning and development, should be brought to people’s attentionand reflection!The purpose of the study is through investigation, find out the problems, causes and propose the wayto deal with it.This study uses many methods which are the questionnaire, interview, observation, the teachers’ age,gender, seniority and part-time situation are analyzed and discussed through investigate on Primary andSecondary School Extracurricular Counselling Organization in Kaifeng city of Henan province. Theresearch shows: the teachers’ conditions of Primary and Secondary School Extracurricular CounsellingOrganization are not good, who has the obvious problem, for example, unreasonable structure of teachers,occupation, lack of teaching quality.In order to solve the problems, according to the principle of “thedevelopment and change of things is the result of joint action of internal and external canses”, I analyzedthe reasons from three aspects, which are the government’s supervision, the improvement of Primary andSecondary School Extracurricular Counselling Organization and teachers themselves, and finally proposethe way to deal with the problems, for example, the government how to help, extracurricular CounsellingOrganization how to improve itself from the teachers’ source,structure and training, and the teachers’ own progress. The author hopes it can causes the attention and consideration of the parents, students, teachersand the whole society.
