Nowadays with the rapid development of economy,many families in children's education expenses increased significantly,parents more and more importance to the child's education problem,leading to social rapid growth in demand for extracurricular counselling organization,educator and entrepreneurs find the opportunity,to set up a series of extracurricular counselling organization that extracurricular counselling organization problem is widely concerned.At present,there is a lack of theoretical discussion on the study of off-campus tutoring institutions,the definition of off-campus tutoring institutions is vague,and how to improve the quality of off-campus tutoring institutions is seldom mentioned.Based on the existing problems of off-campus tutoring institutions,this paper conducts A field survey of off-campus tutoring institutions of primary and secondary schools in A county,studies the current situation of off-campus tutoring institutions of primary and secondary schools,and proposes constructive improvement strategies.In this article,through combing with the profile of elementary and middle schools extracurricular counselling organization related literature at home and abroad,defines the definition of extracurricular counselling organization,using literature analysis,questionnaire investigation and interview method,extracurricular counselling organization with A county as the research object,on the present situation of A county school counseling organizations to investigate,through the survey of give corresponding improving measures.In the questionnaire survey,the author made A brief analysis of the survey results of the current situation of off-campus tutoring institutions in A county's primary and middle schools.The author found A lot of problems,which were summarized from five aspects: the curriculum setting evaluation of off-campus tutoring institutions;Evaluation of teachers in off-campus tutoring institutions;Evaluation of curriculum contents of off-campus tutoring institutions;Evaluation of the effect of off-campus tutoring institutions;Infrastructure evaluation of off-campus tutoring institutions.During the investigation,the author found that the off-campus tutoring institutions of primary and secondary schools in A county had some problems,such as non-standard industrial standards,imperfect teaching staff and exaggerated publicity.The operating mechanism of off-campus counseling institutions is disordered and the orientation is not clear.Teachers of tutoring institutions have a deviation in their understanding of themselves;Parents have insufficient understanding of off-campus tutoring and shopping functions.In the final Suggestions for improvement,it is emphasized that the government should improve the supervision mechanism of off-campus tutoring institutions,strengthen the daily supervision,publish the black and white list,and strengthen the supervision of off-campus tutoring institutions.Off-campus counseling institutions should fulfill their social responsibilities,optimize the internal management system of off-campus counseling institutions,and define the orientation of off-campus counseling institutions.To strengthen the construction of teachers in off-campus tutoring institutions,improve the professional identity of teachers in off-campus tutoring institutions,and improve the professional level of teachers in off-campus tutoring institutions;Parents should keep a clear head and make choices according to their children's needs.
