In “chinese education reform and development outline”points out that exam-oriented education movesto quality-oriented education in the primary and middle school,every education workers make effort in theimplementation of quality education,the core of quality education to cultivate innovation spirit of studentsand practice ability to through the whole teaching process.Quality education in the new entury has passedthe second ten years,the new curriculum reform is a great action in the basic education area,its basic idea isthat education should be to promote the development of students as the goal,the establishment position ofthe main subjectivity of students in the teaching,it changes simple teaching by teachers,students receive itpassively from teachers,makeing the class become the active participation of students to explore anddiscover,solve problems,to obtain knowledge of the place.It can be seen from teaching as a kind of creativeactivity is inseparable from the questions,the question is important for teaching to lead.The new curriculumwill essence teaching for communication,which teaching is the communication between teachers andstudents,the interaction process among students and common development,and interaction needs as thelink.Improving the students identify problems,asking questions,the ability tanalyse and solve problems is toimprove the effectiveness of the teaching of political class,promoting students know an important line ofunified.Thoughts and political lesson of the high school in comparison with other disciplines have their owndistinct personality,it is strong policy,concepts and principles are abstract,therefore,students learn it withboring,and it is not easy to get high marks,students don’t like learning.In fact,in the teaching of politicalteaching,teachers can according to the theory of strong knowledge of these policies as a starting point,todevelop students’ problems consciousness is directly related the quality and effects of teaching.Cultivatingstudents’ problem consciousness is inseparable from the question of teaching,when students feel themselvesto want to ask “why”,”waht”,“how to do”,thinking only really was started up,then through the inquiryprocess reflects the students’ emotion,attitude and values experience.The paper discusses the related problems about developing problem’s consciousness of students inpolitical teaching of high school.Firstly,to the concept of consciousness,research status,research ideas andmethods for introduction.The first part is training the bsical theory of students’ consciousness problem anddiscribing here.The second part,expounding the general role in cultivating students’ problem consciousnessand cultivating students’ problem consciousness in high school thought political.The third part discussesthe cultivation of students’ question consciousness in senior high school thought political teachingstrategies.The fourth part is the case design of cultivating students’ problem consciousness in the politicaland thouths lesson of middle school,and philosophy of the movement of knowledge,grasping the law as acase. The paper based on teaching practice exprience,to the concept of new course,learning as the basis ofmotivation theory and innovation education,developing students’ problem consciouseness in thoughts andpolitical teaching of hight school to cultivate the students’cultciousness and ability of politicalparticipation,cultivate students’ sense of social responsibility,the legal education of students and to cultivatestudents’ ability of theory with practice.Cultivate students problem consciousness concept byteachers,students dare to ask,ask questions,students evaluation is to further develop students awareness ofthe problem in the class teaching activity.
