Creation derives from puzzles.The true purpose of education is teaching people a process of continually raising questions considering about them,making deeper researches where new puzzles come out and solving the new puzzles by the same above steps where they will obtain more knowledge and inspirations in return.Problem Method is such a teaching process,which is guided by the problem and based on students’original knowledge and experiences,of leading students to find,explore and solve problems in a situation full of problems,for the purpose to stimulate students’ wishes to learn,create and individually think,and also for the purpose to develop skills to be aware of raising questions. Under the situation that The New Lesson Change has fully advanced and in the request of innovation teaching, a political teaching worker must highly focus on Problem Method in The New Lesson Change,what’s more,he must develop excellent Problem Method teaching experiences to guide students to think and learn.How to change the traditional teaching model of teachers teaching and students passively receiving?How to make students learn voluntarily?How to explore a new way better adapted to innovation teaching according to The New Lesson Change?Those problems are most important currently.Therefore,arranged by Problem Method and directed by new round teaching innovation of our state,this argument clearly explain the meaning,actual importance and theoretical basis of Problem Method,moreover it raise some ideas to overcome the problems in practice.First of all,this argument analyze the necessity of running Problem Method in high school political lesson from two sides of theory and practice.Problem Method is not only the best option of develop creative person or energy of The New Lesson Change but also the efficient approach to light up political lesson.Secondly,through many ways like questionnaire survey and talking with teachers,we can know the current status of political lesson teaching in front.Besides finding some problems in practice of Problem Method,we see some teachers go in wrong way.Talking about the original reason,this condition may be caused by teachers’ onesided grasp of The New Lesson Change,wrong direction to Problem Method and also be caused by students’ weak awareness of problem and weak skills to explore individually.Above all,this argument explore following two questions from micro and macro concerning the problems exposed in survey.Firstly,it do the research on teachers’ strategy of running Problem Method in class,which includes transforming teaching idea,focusing on teachers’ awareness of problem method,enhancing skills to control the class. Secondly,it do the research on students’ strategy of developing awareness of problem,which includes developing individual learning skill and skills of finding and solving problems by himself,by this way can students fully develop on balance not only between knowledge and skills but also between emotion and value.
