With the development of society and the advancement of the reform, It carried outthe new Curriculum reform in China.According to the new curriculum idea, Itcontained explicitly knowledge and skill goal, process and method goal, emotion,attitude and values goal(et the Three-dimensional goals) in the Primary Chinesecurriculum standard. It was the Three-dimensional goals on the Primary Chinese thatwas the basic of the Chinese education teaching system. The research on that helped theteachers to draw up the reasonable and effective teaching objectives, so as to select theappropriate teaching contents, apply to the teaching methods and teaching strategies,and control effectively the teaching environment. It also helped the teachers to arousethe students’ feelings in the teaching process in order to make the students likestudying and study happily, and be willing to take the initiative to explore the newknowledge and increase the knowledge. Therefore, the research on theThree-dimensional goals on the Primary Chinese was a great significance thingwhether to the teachers or to the students.The whole dissertation was divided into the five parts: The first part was researchreview. It focused on the analysis and reorganization of the major contents and standpoints on the Three-dimensional goals on the Primary Chinese researches at home.On the basis of that, a brief evaluation of the existing researches was made; The secondpart was the theory construction of the Three-dimensional goals on the PrimaryChinese. After summarizing the previous classification of the teaching goals, wereconstructed the theory analysis framework of the Three-dimensional goals on thePrimary Chinese. The third part was the status implement and problems of theThree-dimensional goals on the Primary Chinese. According to the theory analysisframework of the Three-dimensional goals on the Primary Chinese, we made thecomprehensive and in-depth research on the implement of the Three-dimensionalgoals on the Primary Chinese by the interviews, surveys and the other research methods.The fourth part was the action research based on the theory construction and thepractice investigation. Take the “spear and shield sets” for example, which was aprimary Chinese lesson of the Grade3. we carried out the teaching action research inorder to find out and solve the problems in the teaching practice. At last, the fifth partwas the conclusion for the whole research.
