Since 1980s, the basic education curriculum reform (trial implementation) proposed the radical demand about knowledge and skills, process and method, attitudes and values from three aspects of the Three-dimensional teaching goals, it make various subjects to be the biggest nightspot since new curriculum reform .The realization of the integration of English teaching three-dimensional goals for various subjects to be seeking goals and values. Foreign quality is one of standard as a national cultural level. In other words, studying and mastering a foreign language is one of the essential conditions of qualified citizen in the 21st century.English as a foreign language courses in elementary and secondary schools in China, is not only beneficial to all major languages on developing students' potential, make students form the good character, and also accords with modern citizen quality needs, accord with the demand of information society and social needs. Based on this understanding, the English curriculum standards said: "the English curriculum learning, students both study and practice activities through mastery of English knowledge and skills, improve the ability of language application process; and they will cultivate volition,edify sentiment, enrich experience of life and develop thinking ability, open up personality and improve humanism quality process."In other words, the English teaching must embody the unity and integration of three-dimensional goals. The realization of the unity and integration is profound significance to promote English foreign language education's target, cultivate students'English attainment, and promote the cultivation of high inner quality talented person for our modern country, bring about cooperation and development between international countries in new century, safeguard world peace and so on. The article do up related research achievements on the integration of English teaching on three-dimensional goals for the junior middle school, and on the basis of literature review, expounds the connotation and the theoretical foundation on English three-dimensional goals, combine the standard of English courses to summarize the integration of three-dimensional goals; enter into junior English class and utilize the methods of"looking in classroom"to do the empirical study for the integration of English teaching on three-dimensional goals about junior middle school, as the same time ,analyzed contradictions and problems during the integration process of English teaching three-dimensional goals, and based on this, the writer advances countermeasures and suggestions about the integration of English teaching on three-dimensional goals for junior middle school. In the end, the writer gives the summary for the research.The article is divided into five parts. The first part, the introduction. The second part, the writer analyses the theory foundation on integration of English teaching on three-dimensional goals for the junior middle school. The third part, the integration situation of English teaching on three-dimensional goals for junior middle school. The writer use the ways of actual interview, understanding the current on the three-dimensional goals situation for junior middle school, and analysis the existing problems. The fourth part, the method and strategy of integration of the English teaching on three-dimensional goals for junior middle school. The writer thinks that the integration of English teaching quality on three-dimensional goals for junior middle school, it is the foundation to improving knowledge and fully understanding; Promoting teachers' teaching ability and level is the key; Stimulating students' interest in English study and improving the students' integrated English language ability is the core; Establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of the three-dimensional goals teaching is the guarantee. The fifth part, the writer through the summary and reviewing simply point to the deficiency of the research and others questions on the direction of next research.
