The pursuit of happiness is not only the eternal theme of humanity, but alsothrough the ages many scholars study and explore one of the topics. Vocationalteachers who often feel more pressure are often overlooked in today’s educationsystem groups.However, with the investment in vocational education,society as awhole began to pay attention to the level of subjective well-being of teachers. Thisissue is also worthy of our attention and research.Research in vocational teachers’ subjective well-being situation not only help toimprove the quality of work life of the in-service teachers, but also have a positivepractical significance for the development of vocational education in China. In thisstudy, I took the general well-being scale and self personal interviewquestionnaire,and conducted a questionnaire survey of320randomly selectedBaoding several vocational schools’ teachers,draw some conclusions:The vocationalteachers subjective well-being was generally not high,and then found that gender, age,seniority and other factors to varying degrees, their happiness,such as Subjectivewell-being of the female teachers than male teachers;Subjective well-being graduallyincreased with the growth of the age and seniority.Through in-depth interviewsfurther excavated worrying people in the teachers subjective well-being status quo, amore comprehensive understanding of the pressures and difficulties faced byvocational teachers working life.To analyze the reasons for the reality of subjective well-being in teachers fromthe teachers, schools, social. Combined with the actual difficult to find the vocationalteachers lack the full recognition of their own career, poor physical and mental healthbut also to annoy their work lead to burnout,and school enrollment and employmentpressure, an important factor of subjective well-being but also reduce the in-serviceteachers can not give sufficient room for development of vocational teachers andvocational students unruly, Is the social aspects of vocational education do not payattention, and prejudice will be passed on in the teachers in teachers is difficult to obtain happiness.The basic strategy to enhance vocational teachers’ subjective well-being.Corresponding to the fourth part of attention from teachers and school support, socialrecognition, and three all-round discussion.Finally, in order to enhance the vocational teachers’ subjective well-being, theemphasis from teachers, school support, social recognition of three aspects ofin-depth analysis to enhance the effective and feasible strategies to practice.
