The Subjective Well-being Situation Of Anshan Urban Preschool Teachers And Countermeasure Research

One area of positive psychology is defined as subjective well-being(SWB).People's affective and cognitive evaluations of their lives. Preschool teachers face children everyday. Their psychological status affect directly the children they teach. Pay close attention to preschool teachers' mental conditions has great meaning in both theory and practice. Because of the middle developing areas take large percent of the whole.The writer choose Anshan city and three towns nearby named Haicheng Taian and Xiuyan to be the representation of middle developing areas of China and research the state of subjective well-being of preschool teachers in Anshan and three towns.We provided 400 pieces of scale and received 344 available. 150 of them in Anshan(119 pieces from public kindergarten and 31 pieces from private kindergarten), 67 of them from Taian(50 pieces from public kindergarten and 17 pieces from private kindergarten), 39 of them from private kindergarten in Haicheng and 88 of them from Xiuyan(51from public kindergarten and 37 from private kindergarten). All pieces of scale analysed by SPSS 21 then we have conclusions as follows:1. The subjective well-being level of Anshan Haicheng Taian and Xiuyan is located in medium high.2. Public preschool teachers' SWB level are remarkable lower than private preschool teachers, and its' negative emotion is remarkable higher than private preschool teacher.3. The SWB level of preschool teachers in a national structure are remarkable lower than whom don't in a national structure. The former has higher negative emotion.4. Preschool teachers who have more than ten years working age have higher negative emotion and SWB level than whom have working age lower than five years.5. Older in age, lower in negative emotion and SWB level.6. Anshan has a better economic situation than the other three towns but its' preschool teachers' SWB level is the lowest, and they have the highest negative emotion.
