The vocational school are facing problems like declining scale of students enrollment, and decreasing of students'educational quality.Many teachers are not able to adapt to the new situation, which might lead to more and more mental problems.In that case, conflicts between teachers and students become more and more serious, teachers can not find any fulfillment or satisfaction from their job. Lacking of subjective well-being, the teacher might lose the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity to work, which may lead to the declining of working and teaching quality, the number of students may declines. In that case, it will do harm to the school's teaching quality, the whole nation's education career and even the development of the country.Therefore,the author chooses to study the current situation of vocational school teacher's subjective well-being and analyzes the strategies of the issue.The paper includes five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction of the research background and significance. It analyzes the main resource of teacher's subjective well being and highlights its importance by providing the research both at home and aboard. The second chapter introduces the concept of "happiness" and "subjective well-being", which determines the value and status of the research. The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of teachers' subjective well-being. The way of doing research is mainly through the design of questionnaire and interview to analyze the factors of current situation of vocational school teacher's subjective well-being and its influence. The fourth chapter analyzes the factors of influencing teacher's subjective well-being and the reason why it hardly obtains from different angles, which bases on the analysis of the chapter three. The fifth chapter provides the effective strategies and ways of promoting vocational school teacher's subjective well-being from the three angles of teachers, school organizations and society.
