The Research On The Persent Situation And Countermeasure Of Tennis Sports Of Universities In Changchun

Tennis, which was firstly born in England and then became popular in developedcountries including America, emerged late in China. Since Li Ting and Sun Tiantian wonthe first prize in2004Olympics, tennis has been paid more and more attention to byChinese people and gradually become one of the extensive mass fitness programs.In the universities and colleges, vast youngsters enjoy tennis due to its uniquecharacteristics including fashion and elegance. Both in physical education andextracurricular exercise, tennis is the sport popular with students. Therefore, variousuniversities and colleges are positively carrying out tennis courses, leading to a preliminaryteaching system. However, in the actual implementation process, the courses will be limitedby a series of objective and subjective conditions including teachers, yard conditions, andclimate conditions. As a result, there is certain difficulty in the course implementation.A survey on the implementation of tennis in5common universities and colleges inChangchun was carried out by means of literature method, expert interview method,questionnaire method, and mathematical statistics method to know the implementation oftennis in universities and colleges of Changchun comprehensively, including a series ofobjective and subjective factors: whether the course setting is reasonable, whether theteachers are sufficient, whether the yard facilities are complete and whether the climateconditions are favorable. The influence on the participation of university students in tenniswas analyzed and scientific and systematic solution was proposed to solve the aboveproblems. Gradually, the development direction of tennis in universities and colleges wasmade clear to promote the construction of tennis teaching in universities and colleges.Through the study on tennis teaching in universities and colleges of Changchun, it canbe found:1. Teachers’ team. Teachers are the organizers of teaching activities, who directlydetermine the teaching effect. In the present, there are few tennis teachers, who havedifferent teaching levels. In addition, most of them are lecturers with little education.2.Course setting. For most students in common universities and colleges. Within such a shortperiod, the tennis teaching has no advantage in sports courses of universities and colleges.Meanwhile, most universities and colleges take the tennis as the elective course inweekends, which is not in favor of students’ selection.3. Yard construction. According tothe survey, there are few tennis yards and many students. As a result, the demand of classteaching can hardly met. Besides, most tennis classes are taught outdoor, which areseriously influenced by objective conditions including climate.4. Others. Other problems including students’ attention to tennis and atmosphere of tennis also play a decisive role inthe development of tennis in universities and colleges of Changchun.Based on the above analysis, corresponding countermeasures are proposed:1.enhancing the development degree of tennis courses;2. introducing excellent teachers;3.Constructing more tennis yards;4. carrying out tennis competitions, increasing interest, andpromoting the level;5. Carrying out tennis activities after class. In this way, tennis not onlyis a course, but also integrates into our life.
