Teacher burnout is outstanding and concerned in the problem of teacher psychology. Study on the present situation, origin and expression of teacher burnout done by predecessors is already architectonical. However, study on deep exploration about the establishment of teacher burnout at home is almost blank. The writer makes quatitivation and qualitation together through interviews and questionnaires to analyse the establishment of teacher burnout deeper and more comprehensive,and provides effective tactics and contribute practical foundation to the society, organizations and teachers to help teachers ease or prevent burnout.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1.The starting points of teacher burnout are that resources and demands are not balanced and people and environment don’t fit.2.The actuation point of teacher burnout is that ideal and reality gap.3.After teachers forms burnout, they have representations such as emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and low sense of achievement.4.During a teacher is forming burnout, when discontent and negative evaluation accumulate to a certain extent, he or she will come up with an idea of leaving the job.
