English is one of the most important subjects in basic education in China, Englishreading is the most important part of English learning, long-term since, our country in thehuman, material and financial aspects of a large number of inputs to the English education,but did not reach the ideal teaching effect, especially the effect of junior high school Englishreading teaching is not optimistic, the polarization phenomenon is quite serious, resulting inthe overall level of English reading teaching is low. Junior high school students Englishreading is the first step to formally enter the English learning, reading for the part of thefraction is the largest in the senior high school entrance examination of English test, thisshows the importance of reading in English, so lay the foundation is very important, only thebasic English reading and lay, to better learning english.As the junior middle school English reading teaching influenced by traditional teachingmethod, mechanical memory makes the student bored to also can not find appropriatelearning method, let the students in the learning process are confused in English reading, sothat students’ reading ability in English can not be improved, therefore the paper bringsforward scenarios continuous teaching mode, and to study the teaching mode. Through theliterature research method, the observation method, empirical research method and surveymethod of continuous teaching mode are studied, in the multimedia teaching technologysupport, English reading the main role of teachers in teaching is no longer provideinformation directly, but to create a continuous useful information constantly scenarios andfinishing through the multimedia and computer network transmission to the students, let thestudents know the content of learning, which makes teaching lively and interesting, but alsocultivate students’ acquisition of knowledge, ability to summarize the key points of inductivelearning. The research will also be situational continuous teaching mode in the teachingpractice, and get good effect in the teaching practice, the students and teacher’s approval, canreally improve the students’ ability to understand English reading.
