Basic idea of "the ordinary high school mathematics curriculum standard" pointedout to advocate active, courageous enough to probe into ways of learning Teachersshould stimulate students’ interest in learning, encourage students in the process oflearning, independent thinking, actively explore the learning habit. So educationworkers urgently needed to solve problems is to stimulate students’ learning motivation,cause student’s study interest, making the students in joy, in high spirit under theconditionof learning. New curriculum standard for mathematics teachers put forward higherrequirements, so how to apply relevant theory of education, education strategies tomotivate and sustain the students motivation to learn math, is a question worthconsidering for each education workers.American Freda, a psychologist at the university of Keller’s ARCS motivationmodel consists of four elements, namely the attention, relevance, confidence,satisfaction. This mode interpreted to stimulate students learning motivation, the moreknowledge you are going to learn and has established a connection to learn knowledge,so that at the psychological level to make the students set up information so as toachieve a satisfaction of learning the task, the important impact on the learning task toconquer.This paper use the Keller’s ARCS model in the high school mathematicscurriculum, learning motivation In key high school in the regular class teachingstrategies for implementation of ARCS learning motivation model, through thequestionnaire "high school students in mathematics learning motivation questionnaire"compared to the result of the implementation of this teaching strategy, found that ARCSmotivation learning model under the application of teaching strategies in senior highschool mathematics classroom is have certain effect.It can stimulate students’ interest in learning of mathematics and to improve the mathscores, students in the classroom’s dominance.Therefore ARCS learning motivation design model has a little adaptation value, isworthy promoting in the mathematics teaching in the future.
