The main reform of basic education is the basic education course,which is the important content of continuing education of the primary and secondary school teachers’.However the school-based research plays a very important role in the professional development of the teachers and schools.Therefore,the article has made a investigation and study of the present situation and counter-measures of middle school mathematics teachers’school based research.On the basis of investigation and interview in a high school mathematics teachers as well as the western region of middle school mathematics teachers,the paper analyzes the current situation of middle school mathematics teachers’school-based research, and according to the results of the analysis of the relevant conclusions and put forward the relevant countermeasures.Paper includes five aspects of content:The first part expounds the school-based research, the research background, research questions and research significance of this article.The second part for a few years to review the literature on the school-based research, classification, classified, and then the research literature is summarized as five aspects:includes the relevant concepts of school-based research; School-based research model; School-based research and teacher professional development; School-based research and mathematics teachers’professional development; School-based research present situation and the existence question and so on five aspects.The third part is the research process and method, including the research object and methods; the design of the questionnaire, and data collection and so on three aspects. The fourth part is the statistical analysis of questionnaire data.The fifth part is the study conclusion and related countermeasures.According to the research of the thesis in this article, the following conclusions:each school has its own related training system, A variety of training mode and training ways, mathematics teachers have a strong self-growth desire. There are some of the problems:the school-based research activities to carry out lacks of necessary material guarantee, training mode and daily too focused on a specific research way, the content of the training needs to be further perfect, line power of teachers participate in academic activities is not strong, lacking of expert guidance and professional guidance in training activities, there is a certain academic vision of teachers.According to the existing problems, the article puts forward relevant countermeasures mainly from the departments of education, school and teacher three aspects and advice for the research subject of the middle school mathematics teacher.
