Recently, continues reformation of quality education has been implemented to improvethe comprehensive quality of students and promote the comprehensive development ofstudents. Only by conducting the quality education in a long run, more practical effect ofeducation can be gained. In the21st century, the development of the society comes into a newstage, an obvious feature of which is the fierce competition. The competition is mainly in thefollowing aspects. The first is the competition between nations whose main consideration isthe national talent competition. From a macro point of view, this kind of competition isreflected by the economy, science and technology, military, political and other comprehensivenational strength. From the microscopic point of view, the competition of nations is amongthe talented persons. Through the talent competition and operational resources of production,we can achieve the final victory. School is the cradle of training talents, if you want to win bythe high quality talent, you will start from the high quality of the students. Then thecomprehensive strength evaluation for students is very important. Objective and fairunderstanding of the student’s comprehensive quality can promote students’ performance inschool and then improve the quality education. With time changes, evaluation of students isalso becoming increasingly diversified. Both the students’ ability and daily performance needto have clear rules so as to make the fair evaluation of students. In addition, evaluation ofstudents also needs to keep up with the trend of the times. By using the network evaluationsystem, it can make the evaluation results more convincing. We can also use network systemfor system analysis, which has good practicability.On the basis of analyzing the comprehensive quality evaluation and the evaluation system,this paper has studied and certificated the high school students’ comprehensive qualityevaluation system. We have analyzed the domestic and foreign situation and problemspresently and refer to foreign successful cases. With the premise of the development of theoverall quality of students, we propose the methodology of middle school students’comprehensive quality evaluation with the basic principle that middle school students’comprehensive quality evaluation should stick to. The comprehensive quality evaluationnetwork system for middle school students is built with diversified main body construction.First of all, we analyze the system requirements. Then, the implementation of the system iselaborated from two aspects of the system function module design and the realizing process.Finally, the operation result of the system is detailed and systemic analyzed. This paper iswritten to turn the overall quality appraisal into a kind of motive force to encourage and helpstudents grow up healthily in the premise of paying attention to them but not bringingpressure to them. In the development of the comprehensive quality evaluation network system of middle school students, it needs to pay attention to the widely development of platform andmake more comprehensive researches of the system.
