Accordingto the previous surveys, our study found that Middle-school PE(Physical Education) teachers in Henan province master higher professional ideal and vocational cultivation, meanwhile, they enjoy their own jobs since that it is valuable and meaningful. In a word, middle-school PE teachers in Henan Province master the professional knowledge skillfully, but the research capabilities and innovation as well as overall athletic ability relatively poor.Using the documentation method, questionnaire investigation, and expert interviews, the relevant preliminary indicators of comprehensive quality evaluation system are designed in Henan province middle school;Using expert investigation method, the related indexes are selected twice;There has 41 indicators that are greater than 4 in the weighted average, which mainly include ideological and moral, knowledge quality, education teaching, sports training, physical and psychological quality, etc. Using R factor analysis method, the statistics dates are processed and the comprehensive quality evaluation system of PE teachers in middle school is finally built,which includes 5 first indexs, that are moral, intellectual quality, education teaching, sports training and physical quality and 41 secondary indexes.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of middle school PE teachers comprehensive quality in Henan province, and the study on the establishment of comprehensive quality evaluation system,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of PE teachers’ comprehensive quality in middle school.The cultivation of PE teachers should pay attention to the teacher’s classroom organizational and practical ability; Teachers’ practical participation should be increased in training courses. the practice of composition; Coincidence with improving the teachers’ comprehensive ability is the unite of the pre-service training and after training.
