Middle school student is at an important formation period of the world view, the outlook on life, the sense of worth, the way of life and social communication skills and so on. With scientific and reasonable, objective and impartial, workable Middle School Students’ Comprehensive Quality Evaluation Index System in line with socialistic education is beneficial to students’development in an all-round way, changing the way of learning and stimulating the intrinsic motivation of students. It is also conductive to development of good feelings, attitudes and values for middle school students. At the same time, it also contributes to the smooth progress of advanced teaching method, further promotes the all-round development and enhances the ability of adapt to life and society for middle school students.Based on the existing Tianjin Middle School Students’Comprehensive Quality Evaluation Standards, this paper is aimed at exploring to work out a whole set of comprehensive quality evaluation index system, which is in accord with the situation of China, relevant educational policy and the requirements of quality education. The system is also associated with the practical situation of education. In the process of system construction, the author asked for opinions and suggestions from educational experts. With opinions from all the parties concerned, the current evaluation standards have been revised and improved. The new Middle School Students Comprehensive Quality Evaluation Index System takes shape, including five secondary indicators. By adopting the software of spss16.0 for statistical analysis, this paper calculates the weight of secondary index and tertiary index and works out the corresponding grading standards with good expert validity, consistency and reliability so as to obtain a whole set of Middle School Students’Comprehensive Quality Evaluation Index System.This paper enriches the research of Middle School Students’Comprehensive Quality Evaluation Index System. It also provides the teachers and researchers with reference for starting the Middle School Students’Comprehensive Quality Evaluation in practice.It effectively promotes educational reform and way of teaching, which will ultimately enhance the comprehensive quality and all-round development of students as intended purpose.
